Check the connection between the terminal interface of the light strip and the terminal interface extended from the battery box. Carefully observe the obvious "→" on the terminals, and adjust their defense lines to "→ ←" before connecting.
If the terminal connection is correct, the product still cannot be controlled?

The product has a memory function. If you turn off both the remote control and the switch on the battery box when you are not using it, you must first turn on the power on the battery box before you can control it freely. This is a prerequisite.
Is the remote control not functioning properly? Is it broken or something else?

The product is very mature and widely used, but you may not have taken out the battery insulation at the bottom of the remote control, that's all.

The back glue is really garbage. If it doesn't stick, what should I do?

The product is very lightweight and can be fixed with only a small amount of adhesive. The back glue must be pasted on a smooth surface, otherwise it will result in insufficient adhesion performance and fall off.

Does the remote control still not work after replacing the battery of the strip light?
